Isehara Plant which is engaged in manufacturing, design and development of nonwoven products, recognizes importance of balancing business operations and environmental conservation activities.We operate the plant so as to conform to the environmental consideration.

For this purpose, we are committed to establish and execute “Environmental Management System” effectively, and continue to improve it.

1. We duly identify environmental aspects and environmental impacts of business operation at Isehara plant, and promote the activity of environmental protection and conservation by means of continuous improvement of environmental management implementation based on “Environmental Management System”.

2. We observe all requirements of environmental and/or other legal regulations to be adopted, and the requests of stakeholders to which we agreed.

3. We set the environmental goals adaptive to the Isehara plant, make the implementation plan, and conduct it. We will also improve the environmental performance by analyzing and assessing the progress of implementation.

   Specifically, we promote the activities as below.
   • Prevention of air and water pollution
   • Conservation of resource and energy
   • Reduction of wastes and promotion of materials recycling
   • Noise management at the site boundary
   • R&D of products with less environmental impact
   • Management of hazardous material and product
   • Proper response against emergency

4. We encourage all employees to implement the “Environmental Conservation Policy” by disseminating it to them through daily activities of environmental management, education and training.

5. We properly execute internal and external communication with respect to the “Environmental Management System”.

6. We will disclose this policy to all the stakeholders.
