Tapyrus, one of the pioneers in meltblown nonwoven, was founded in 1987, and has constantly been supplying high quality products since then, accumulating leading-edge technology for more than 40 years.

02　We supply a wide variety of meltblown nonwoven.

There are so many product grades in meltblown nonwoven in Tapyrus. Basis weight ranges from 7 to 400 g/m2, and the mean fiber diameter extends from less than 1 μm to a few dozen μm; a wide variety of products from ultra-fine fiber nonwoven to very coarse fiber nonwoven.
Product variation continues to extend, when considering other control factors of product quality such as fiber diameter distribution and electric charge.

While most of the product is made of polypropylene, polyester and polyamide are employed as raw materials of product. Basically, any thermoplastic resin can be applied for manufacturing meltblown nonwoven.

03　We are ready to meet specific customer needs: we can develop tailor-made product even if it is a small manufacturing scale.

From the early stage of product development, Tapyrus has been involved in co-operative development with various worldwide customers. We will co-work with customers to meet their requirement, in order for their quick delivery of new products.
