As Tapyrus products are made of very fine fibers, we can control a wide range of properties such as fiber diameter, basis weight, thickness, filtering resistance and pore size distribution.
Thus, it is the most adequate filtering material for the various filters eliminating particles of more than 0.3 micron meter.

Tapyrus products made of polypropylene show good chemical resistibility, and it is superior holding capacity of electrolyte at the battery as it consists of very fine fibers.

Mask
Tapyrus products show more than 99% of bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE). It conforms with the ASTM standard of surgical mask due to its unique characteristics of easy respiration.
Further, it is employed for the main material of dust masks which suit N95 classification of that category.
N95 is one of the US standard set by NIOSH (the US National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health). It authorizes the dust mask of “N95 classified” such that it filters at least 95% of airborne particles while it does not require the respirator be resistant to oil in the air.

Wet Wiper
As the fiber of Tapyrus products is very fine, it reaches to a small dent. Hence, it can successfully remove the dirt trapped in a small scratch, which conventional wet wipers has been unable to work out. Moreover, it is intrinsically safe without any adhesive where no elution of hazardous material occurs.
